Nov- Deepavali Cup

so jd has returned from brunei a changed man. he learned to appreciate his life more than ever. there are alot of new goals for him to achieve, one of them is definitely to gain success on the table. in a very relax afternoon, dihua once again emerged as the winner. his weapons worked wondered and together with his green t-shirt (stand for 清一色), he was on fire scoring alot of ping hu. hb twice saved jr and jd by releasing cannon for dh, else dh would have twice zi mo ping hu. jd profitted from his brunei training and was able to scored a hua shang man tai and eventually escaped with a small win.

soon we will have another break cause it's time for jr to go brunei for his training to gain manhood. so we look forward to the next session as well as wish liverpool good luck for sat's game..hope they can keep up with the good form.

oct title

Oct title was shared between dh and jd after the 2 masters displaying extraordinary skills and luck on 2 different weekends. jd was able to utillised on his red lucky singlet during week 1 challenge while dh surprised the rest with his new weapon-freshly obtained from an indian guru-the long lost treasure-to be revealed soon. with his new found gems, dh obtained incredible results-2 flower ups! his self touch frequency also increased by 2-3 folds! looks like dh got his tactics rite this time by abandoning his jade and use the new secret weapons instead. masterbin somehow managed to escape with little damage while jinrui4ever had to be carried out on stretches.

Meanwhile we have to congratulate masterbin for coming home in one piece. he is currently having some relationship problems which hugely affected his performance on the table. we hope he can resolve the problem asap.

ALSO we want to wish our dear jd a safe and enjoyable trip to Brunei and hope that the next time we see him, his red single would have been recharged and ready to strike again!

Of course we wish jr best of luck too in the quest for his new weapon, which he desperately needs if he really wanna stay in the game.

We would like to wish dh all the best in his studies and hope he continue to charm all the babes in sch!

last but not least, don't think we have forgotten you, we wish our loyal member don a speedy recovery from his flu and most importantly get his hair cut and do everyone a favour! haha

The moon getting rounder and rounder as it approaches the mid autumn festival and dihua is getting luckier and luckier. Dihua is enjoying the sweet side of fate in sch when all the pretty girls seem to be revolving around him. However this is not the main purpose of this post. We focus on dihua's superb fight back in the mid autumn cup held on 23 sep 07. After sufferring 2 consecutive defeats from previous title challenges, Dihua manage to pick himself up and his faith and determination paid off when he collected his first piece of silverware since don't know when. Jr the runner up was lucky to escape with a minor profit while the past 2 winners jd and hb finally had a taste of bitterness. Dihua 'the opponents are good and i can only say that i have the better luck of the day..i know they will not be very bothered by the defeat cause they are all professionals..but i do believe my attire today contributed alot to my success. thank you, thank you very much.'

Bin failed to retain Challange Trophy as Junda cruised to victory!

Lady Luck turned her back on Dihua as he slumped to yet another defeat. Junda took charge of the game from tile one, and even though Jinrui mounted a strong challange, Junda finished off strongly to claim the September Challange Trophy. Bin was touted as favourite to finish first, after his victory in August, but looked off-coloured today as he ditched his favourite Liverpool Home Kit for an unfamiliar white t-shirt. Dihua's jade worked towards his advantage at the later part of the game, but red-singlet Junda had already one hand on the trophy. Jinrui was in his usual confident mood, and finally finished second behind Junda. Bin would look to improve on his 3rd position in the October Challange Trophy, while Dihua will need more luck to achieve a better result. October Challange will surely be hotly contested with Jinrui wanting to do even better to finish first, while Bin will look to wrestle back his Challange Trophy. Dihua will be looking for a revenge. But for now, let's congratulate Junda, the September Challange Trophy Winner!

August Challange Champion, Bin, will be hoping to retain the Challange trophy but it won't be an easy task because Junda, Dihua and Jinrui will be looking to outwit the Challange holder. lost a match, and then won 6-0

down... and then UP!

Without dynamic midfielder Don, solid Sengyong and first choice defender Alex, our soccer team lost at home 0-4. Neverthesless, we'll still thank Bin for organising the match. After soccer, Bin return home to prepare for book in for field camp, Dihua Jinrui and Junda went to Jinrui's house for movie appreciation session. Hopefully, the movie will have some impact on the next big match between the 4 big sides! Next up was some cycling at East Coast, and we did something good! 9pm was the D-hour but we missed it, and we all know what happened after that.. 6-0 to Liverpool, if.. if we.. if we had.. But never mind, Liverpool won 6-0, top of table.

Bin triumph while Dihua failed miserably!

Nobody would have expected such a sweet victory for Bin. He had shown some magical touches occasionally during the last few meetings, but was never consistent enough. Critics had ruled him out of the title race this month, but he made them swallow their words not just by claiming the August Mahjong Title, but winning it in style. Jinrui once again proved himself as the self-touch king, executing his favourite self-touch moves to near perfection, but nevertheless could only manage a distant 2nd place. Fans-favourite Junda was 3rd, just behind Jinrui. Dihua endured a tough afternoon, and looks out of sort at times. Bin was never the favourite, but he showed enough determination, and of course some intelligence, to put himself right on top of the table, always finishing before others could. This victory should give him a morale boaster before the September Mahjong Title. Jinrui and Junda will have to put in more effort to stop Bin, but all eyes will be on Dihua to see if he can turn the table and claim the September Mahjong Title. But before the excitment starts in September, let us once again salute the August Mahjong Title Champion, Masterbin. For him, the euphoria starts. Can he add the September Mahjong Title to his collection, or will someone else beat him to the title? We'll see. For now, hail the champion!

fans all over the world were shell-shocked by the unexpected defeat of tof giant chen dihua. Dihua suffered the heaviest defeat in recent history while masterbin enjoyed the greatest success of the day. the roses were never red for dihua as he released countless full-tai cannons and hardly able to finish his game. His furious attacking tactics did not earn him any credit while the rest preyed on his defensive loopholes.

While Jun Da and Dihua have enjoyed success in the past month, they will have to be worried by the threat that self-touched king Jinrui and Masterbin Chen will pose to them. Defending Champion Jun Da will once again be hot favourite alongside Dihua, but come the end of the month, it will be no surprise if Jinrui or Masterbin Chen goes home with the title, and of course, the prize money.

With the outside of his boot, Gerrard sent Fernando Torres racing through on goal. The pass appeared too wide for the Spaniard to pose any real danger to the Chelsea rearguard. i believe jd will remember this incident for life...we were happily walking into the sgpool to watch the live telecast of lfc hk match and just at the door. the security guard stopped jd. 'boy you wear slippers cannot go in hor..your friend can..u cannot.'

it's been a long time since i last updated this blog..not that we nv do anything during this period of time..but i was too lazy to blog, also my com broke down for 2 weeks.. now..let look back and see what we've done for the past month..starting with the OCS visit-8/7/07

once again we accompanied hb to help out in the MP family service center. this time it's family day at the zoo. we went there happily in the morning with 1 important aim in mind...of coz that is to make sure the families have a fun filled day....haha..meanwhile jr and hb are posted to OCS and have to report there the next day...so we decided to make their last holiday memorable..

shortly after i returned to sg..and the boys finally get to go home after 2 weeks of ns.. we decided to have a littler R&R session.. just sit down and chit-chat and have a drink..nothing much..

DAY 8-departure-hk to sg/cn

with heavy hearts we went our waved good bye to hk. the trio headed back to sg to get ready for ns while i stepped onto a ferry and destination was home.(ok i went to macau first for a little casino tour.) the whole trip was fun filled and full of laughters and joy, it may be the end of our first MEME trip but i am sure there will be more coming. as for now, we shall get back to our life and do what we have to do.

Day 7-shopping

finally it's the last day of our trip and our plan was to spend all the money we had left. since it's the last day we don't need to SBB anymore.. we were at causeway point where there are many shopping centres and shops.. and we even managed to find a sports wear sale!! and so everyone actually bought quite a lot of things..clothes bags.. and thanks to jr..he insisted on walking the women street again to buy some goods for his brother..and there..we met a group of soccer players from the Australian team. they were there for the asian cup..

jd and jr were somewhere bargaining..while hb and i were just strolling around..then the team appeared and we just casually said..'maybe kewell also here hahaha..' the next moment dh: hey isn't that mark viduka? hd: eh looks like him..let's go take photo.. haha.. and later after finding jd and jr we approached viduka and took pic with him..the shop keepers were very curious cause they didn't know who viduka was..the rest of the aus teammates just continue shopping cause we don't know them and didn't care about them..hahaha..

we were like so excited that we met an epl player in hk..haha..we were saying if kewell or any other liverpool players was there, we would immediately go and buy a liverpool jersey for his autograph.. walao if we met gerrard we would probably go crazy..
